Transfer Pricing Policy :

o Compliance with Local Regulations - The organization will comply with all relevant transfer pricing laws, regulations, and guidelines of the jurisdictions in which it operates.

 

o Transfer Pricing team – The team will monitor changes in transfer pricing regulations and ensure the policy remains in line with legal requirements. They must ensure that the documentation is complete, accurate, and available upon request by tax authorities or other relevant stakeholders.

 

o Arm's Length Principle - All intercompany transactions must be conducted at arm's length principle. Specific arm’s length methods must be selected and explained.

 

o Documentation and Reporting - The organization will maintain contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation in compliance with the applicable regulations.
